Head towards the beautiful hill country – Nuwara Eliya. The soothing climate and picture-perfect surroundings will definitely soothe your soul and body. You have the opportunity to visit the local vegetable farming and the market. Spend the evening walking leisurely around the lake. Night will be spent in Nuwara Eliya.
Head towards Rathnapura – the city of gems where you will take on a guided tour to the gem mines and gem museums. This is also an excellent opportunity for you to buy a valuable souvenir to take back home as there are plenty of gem and jewellery shops – and we can make all the arrangements with trusted gem traders for you to select the best for on par with your budget. Overnight stay in Rathnapura.
Your amazing days of discovering and exploring Sri Lanka comes to an end today. After visiting gem shops, head towards the airport.
